CRS Roof Consultants was founded in 1987 as the Bay Area's fisrt Independent Commercial Roof Consultant.
Today, we are a member of RCI, BOMA and other associations supporting our clients interest. CRS technical
consultants have hands-on background as roofing professionals with experience and certifications in one
or more business and technical disciplines (ie: Registered Roof Observers (RRO), Project Management (PMI), etc.).
CRS specializes in Commercial Roof Systems & Solutions. Our experience includes sloped and
low slope roof systems and fifteen different types of roofing materials.
We advise clients on Local, State & Federal Regulations, Solution Comparison & Selection,
Roof Management Cycle Maintenance Programs, ROI and Life-Cycle Models.
Technical services include basic to advanced roof surveys, inspections,
roof specifications, project bidding & management. Strategic analysis
of roof condition and advance management solutions allow CRS Roof
Consultants to accurately forecast budget and capex funding requirements.
